1. Return Eligibility

  • Product received is damaged during transit
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect found in the product
  • Product received in unusable condition

Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos or videos as proof.

2. Non-Returnable Products

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or installation
  • Electrical items with broken seals or damaged packaging
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Products returned without original packaging or invoice

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  • Share order details along with product images/videos
  • After verification, our team will guide you regarding return approval and process

Return requests without valid proof may be rejected.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after inspection and approval of the returned product.

Approved refunds may be issued through:

Refund processing may take 7–10 business days depending on the payment provider or banking process.
